Every Sambalpuri saree is carefully packed and shipped with the reverence it deserves.

Shipping Information

We ship all orders across India and internationally. Each saree is individually wrapped in muslin cloth, placed in a heritage box, and dispatched with care.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the carrier's website or through our Track Order page.

Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our handloom sarees. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Important Note

Due to the handwoven nature of Sambalpuri sarees, minor variations in colour and weave are not considered defects — they are a mark of authentic craftsmanship.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. 01.Contact us at +91 8009651086 or via the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.
  2. 02.Share your Order ID, reason for return, and photographs of the product.
  3. 03.Our team will review and confirm the return eligibility within 2 business days.
  4. 04.Ship the product back in its original packaging. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
  5. 05.Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
