By accessing and using the Sambhalpuri World website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are authentic handwoven Sambalpuri sarees crafted by artisans from Odisha, India.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Due to the handloom nature of our products, minor variations in colour, weave, and dimensions are inherent and not considered defects.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through our secure payment partner, Razorpay.

An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Sambhalpuri World is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original condition. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Sambhalpuri World and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sambhalpuri World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sambalpur, Odisha.
